The Sofdec2 tools operate under an environment with the following specifications:

Note the following cautions when using the Sofdec2 Tools.

.NET Framework Installation
.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is required to use the Sofdec2 tools.
Before using the tools, download and install the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 from the following site.

	Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
```
Network Execution
You cannot run the Sofdec2 tools remotely over a network.
Copy the executable files to your own PC before using the tools.
Microsoft DirectX Runtimes Installation
DirectX June 2010 or newer is required to use the Sofdec2 tools.
Download and install the runtimes from the following site.

Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 Installation
The Visual C++ run-time components is required to use the Sofdec2 tools.
Download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages (for x64) from the following site.
