Console Version VP9 Encoder

This is a console tool for creating Sofdec2 data using the VP9 video codec.
Batch Encoding procedure from a project that specifies VP9 as the video codec in the GUI version of the encoding tool.

  When using the console version of the Sofdec2 encoder, specify the input files using the same procedure as explained in Sofdec2 Encoding Wizard to output Sofdec2 data.
